What is a Coggins?
A Coggins is a blood test for Equine Infectious Anemia (EIA) . A negative Coggins is required for Health Certificates, traveling, and usually for competition and boarding.

What is Needed:
- If you are a new client, fill out this form and call the office to get a credit card on file.
- The vet will ask for all of the horse's information for the coggins - if we have done this horse before, just confirm any changes needed.
- Payment must be given before Coggins can be released.
