Total RX Rewards FAQ
How do I earn Total RX Rewards?
All active Total RX members earn rewards when they make eligible purchases through Performance Vet Supply. Rewards are calculated based on the eligible merchandise total after discounts and before shipping and taxes.
When will my rewards be available?
Rewards are added to your account after your qualifying purchase is completed. You can use them toward your next eligible order.
How much do I earn?
Total RX members earn 10% back in rewards on eligible purchases.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Log in to your Performance Vet Supply account using the email address connected to your Total RX membership. Your available rewards can be applied at checkout on your next eligible order.
Can I use rewards on the same purchase that earned them?
No. Rewards earned from a purchase become available for a future order and cannot be applied retroactively to the order that generated them.
When do my rewards expire?
Rewards expire 30 days after the purchase that earned them. Each reward balance has its own expiration date based on the date of the qualifying purchase.
What happens if I don’t use my rewards within 30 days?
Unused rewards automatically expire after 30 days. Expired rewards cannot be reinstated, extended, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
Can I combine rewards from multiple purchases?
Yes. Available, unexpired rewards from multiple qualifying purchases may be combined and applied to an eligible order.
Do I have to use all my rewards at once?
No. You may use part or all of your available rewards. Any remaining balance will retain its original expiration date.
Can I use rewards with another discount or promotion?
Rewards may be combined with eligible promotions unless the offer states otherwise. Certain products, discounts, or promotions may have additional restrictions.
Are all purchases eligible to earn rewards?
Rewards are earned on qualifying purchases made while your Total RX membership is active. Taxes, shipping, fees, gift cards, membership fees, and other excluded items do not earn rewards.
Do purchases made before I joined Total RX earn rewards?
No. Rewards are only earned on qualifying purchases completed after your Total RX membership becomes active.
What happens to my rewards if I return or cancel an order?
Rewards earned from a returned, refunded, or canceled purchase will be deducted from your rewards balance. If rewards were used on an order that is later refunded, the amount returned and whether rewards are restored may depend on the circumstances of the refund.
Can rewards be exchanged for cash?
No. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
Can I transfer my rewards to another customer?
No. Rewards are connected to the account that earned them and cannot be transferred or combined with another customer’s account.
What if I check out using a different email address?
You must use the email address associated with your Total RX membership for your rewards to be earned and available at checkout. Purchases made under another email address may not qualify.
Do I earn rewards on prescription or compounded medications?
Eligible prescription and compounded medication purchases may earn rewards unless prohibited or specifically excluded.
What happens to my rewards if I cancel Total RX?
Once your membership is canceled or expires, you will no longer earn new Total RX Rewards. Any unused rewards will remain subject to their original expiration dates and the program’s membership rules.
Can the rewards program change?
Performance Vet Supply may modify eligible purchases, earning rates, redemption rules, expiration terms, or other program features. Current terms will be published on the Total RX page.
