Sporthorse Testing Center: Blood Testing

All blood tests are for local Aiken customers. Customers must collect their own samples. 

Blood tests may be done for reasons including illness, monitoring response to treatment and general health or fitness checks. 

CBC/Chem tests are required for all Adventure programs before distribution and after Adventure completion.

CBC/Chem/ACTH tests are included for all Equine Total Care participants.

• Insulin Blood Test - Purple Top Tube
• Cortisol Blood Test - Red Top Tube

• Electrolyte Blood Test - Red Top Tube

P4 Testing coming soon!

Testing Center is open M-Th 8a-3pm and Fridays until 12pm. Please be sure all samples are dropped off during the correct timeframe. Turnaround for all tests is 24-48hrs. Rushed or Emergency tests should be taken directly to your veterinarian.
